Every Friday during Fall, Winter and Spring, Options, Pathways and Transitions Inc. provides hot lunch for its day program participants. OPT promotes healthy living through nutrition education and mentoring.

 

 

 

 

OPT members help cook, serve and clean up for the meals.

Options, Pathways and Transitions Inc. was busy at Camp Arnes  Oct 15-17, 2014. Here are some of the things we did.
