Work Experience

Options, Pathways and Transitions Inc. helps its day program participants obtain work experience in supported volunteer positions. OPT helps arrange the jobs and provides supports as needed.

A number of OPT participants currently have paid employment.

Hot Lunch

Every Friday during Fall, Winter and Spring, Options, Pathways and Transitions Inc. provides hot lunch for its day program participants. OPT promotes healthy living through nutrition education and mentoring.

 

 

 

 

OPT members help cook, serve and clean up for the meals.

OPT Camp Arnes Review

Fall Cleanup

Fall is now upon us. Day program participants at Options, Pathways and Transitions Inc. are busy with Fall Cleanup projects.

 

 

 

OPT members work at cleaning up leaves and trash in front of the day program and at community parks around Winnipeg.

OPT Yoga

Options, Pathways and Transitions Inc. provides day program participants with a number of fitness opportunities. Members enjoy Yoga with Melissa on Thursdays.

 

 

Yoga is held in the gym at Champlain Community Centre.
