Options, Pathways and Transitions Inc. believes in helping the community. Day program participants now recycle old electronics. The group can pick up end-of-life, small to medium electronics and deliver the items to the correct depot. We offer this for a nominal donation.

OPT Work Experience Hours: January/'16

Options, Pathways and Transitions participants have been hard at work in volunteer work experience positions. In January of 2016 OPT day program participants totaled 174.5 hours of work in our community.

Currently, over 70% of OPT participants do some form of work experience or have paid employment.

Christmas Shutdown

Options, Pathways and Transitions held its Christmas party on Friday December 18.  The catered event was attended by participants, staff, management and members of the Board of Directors.

The last day before Christmas shutdown was Wednesday December 23.

Christmas Hamper Donations

Donations have been coming in quickly after Options, Pathways and Transitions Inc. announced it was collecting for Christmas Hampers again this year.  OPT is sponsoring 5 individual hampers as well as the family that OPT sponsored last year.

The hampers will be delivered on December 18.

Every donation is appreciated. Thank you on behalf of OPT Participants, Staff, Management and Board of Directors.

Movement Group

Options, Pathways and Transitions Inc. provides opportunities for physical activity. Movement Group is a way for participants to get benefits of exercise while enjoying dance.

A qualified instructor leads the group in learning ways to use movement and dance to promote physical activity.
